Late arrival
If you arrive late for your appointment you can still enjoy the remainder of the time you have left for your appointment. Full fee applies.
No Show
I understand that life can sometimes get busy. Sometimes we just simply forget. That’s why I like to give everyone a free pass. However, if you fail to attend your appointment a second time I’ll ask you to pay for the missed appointment. If I can fill your appointment no fees will be charged.
Cancelling or Rescheduling
24 hours notice is appreciated when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. This gives me the opportunity to rebook your time slot. If less than 24 hours notice is given a fee of $40 will be charged. If less than 12 hours notice is given full fees will be charged at my discretion.
